How to Prepare for Your Pressure Washing Appointment

The day before

• Close all windows and doors, including garage doors, and make sure windows latch tightly.
• Move vehicles out of the driveway and away from the house if we're cleaning the driveway or siding.
• Clear decks and patios of furniture, grills, planters and rugs, or let us know what should stay.
• Pick up small items like toys, hoses, doormats and décor near the areas being cleaned.
• Turn off sprinklers for the day.

Day of service

• Keep pets inside and away from work areas.
• Make sure an outdoor water spigot works and is accessible, unless we've arranged otherwise.
• Unlock gates so we can reach the backyard.
• Tell us about anything delicate: loose siding, peeling paint, leaky windows, exterior outlets, cameras or special plants.

You don't need to be home

For most exterior jobs, you don't need to be home as long as we have access to the areas and water. We'll text when we arrive and when we're finished.

After the wash

• Surfaces may stay damp for a few hours. Wait until decks are fully dry before staining or sealing.
• Walk around and look things over. If anything isn't right, let us know.
